This four hour “Movement Mindset Workshop,” led by behaviour change coach Rosie Webster and Pilates teacher Alex Sanson, is designed to help people build a healthier, more positive relationship with exercise. It is aimed at anyone who struggles with movement, whether due to past negative experiences, busy lifestyles, chronic health conditions, or discomfort in traditional fitness spaces. The focus is on making movement enjoyable, accessible, and tailored to each individual, with personalised advice on safe, sustainable ways to incorporate it into daily life.
Taking place on Saturday 27 June from 9:30am to 1:30pm at Priory Court Community Centre (E17 5NB), the workshop combines group activities and small group sessions to address both behavioural and physical barriers. With a maximum of 12 participants, attendees receive individual attention, practical tools to build lasting habits, and supportive peer connection. The cost is £70, with an added discount on future Pilates or coaching sessions, and booking is available via sansonpilates.com.
